You can print daily and weekly summary reports or create customised reports on a particular visitor, host, company, date range, or anything else you"re interested in tracking. And each visitor record includes a colour photograph. Logbooks only allow limited information to be captured and, not being computer-based, cannot remember returning visitors. Searching for key visitor data is both difficult and time consuming. Your visitors simply enter their information into this easy-to-use interface, or your guard or receptionist can do it for them. The system automatically takes the visitor"s colour photo and prints the badge. The visitor"s data is now part of your records, along with the photograph. When they leave, your visitor drops off the badge with your guard or receptionist, who runs it under a bar-code scanner. This automatically records their departure.
